2. Service Description

Reminisce Family provides professional family video editing services that transform your photos and videos into cinematic family movies. Our services include:

Monthly Subscription Plans:

• Reminisce Lite ($14.99/month): 2 videos per month (2-3 minutes each)

• Reminisce Classic ($19.99/month): 2 videos per month (3-5 minutes each)

• Reminisce Heritage ($29.99/month): 3 videos per month (10-15 minutes each)

One-Time Setup ($49): Custom branding materials, upload system access, and your first family movie creation.

Add-On Services:

• Rush Delivery ($15): 3-5 day delivery

• Express Delivery ($25): 24-48 hour delivery

• Extra Photos ($8): Add 10 additional photos

• Extended Video ($10): Add 2-3 additional minutes

Capsule Collections ($249.99): Up to 8 message videos (5-10 minutes each) for future milestone occasions.

3. How Our Service Works

1. Content Submission: You provide photos and videos through our secure upload system

2. Video Creation: We professionally edit your content into finished movies

3. Delivery: We deliver completed videos to you via secure digital delivery

4. Sharing: You receive movies ready to share with family members as you choose

Important: We do not create, manage, or maintain any online accounts on your behalf. We provide finished video files and any branding materials you may need for your own use.

4. Content Limits and Specifications

Reminisce Lite: Up to 25 photos and 5 minutes of video footage per submission Reminisce Classic: Up to 35 photos and 7 minutes of video footage per submission Reminisce Heritage: Up to 50 photos and 10 minutes of video footage per submission

Overage Fees: Additional content beyond plan limits may incur additional charges as specified in our current pricing.

5. Payment Terms

Billing: Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on your subscription date. Setup fees and add-on services are billed immediately upon purchase.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and payment methods supported by our payment processor.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, service may be suspended until payment is resolved.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds: Due to the custom, personalized nature of our video creation services, all sales are final once your video has been delivered.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Service Guarantee: We include one minor revision per video to ensure your satisfaction.

7. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to photos and videos you submit to us.

Our Work Product: You own the finished videos we create from your content.

License to Us: You grant us a limited license to edit and process your content solely for the purpose of creating your requested videos.

Marketing Usage: We will never use your content for marketing purposes without your explicit written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

Acceptable Content: Family photos, videos, and related personal content suitable for family viewing across all ages.

Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse service for content containing:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material

• Violence or graphic content

• Illegal activities or substance abuse

• Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive language

• Copyrighted material you don't own (including music, movies, TV shows)

• Content that violates others' privacy rights

• Material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory

Family-Appropriate Standard: All content should be suitable for viewing by all family members, including children and grandparents.

Our Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse any content that doesn't align with our family-focused mission or professional standards.

10. Service Availability and Delivery

Standard Delivery: 7 business days from content submission

Rush Delivery: 3-5 business days (additional fee applies)

Express Delivery: 24-48 hours (additional fee applies)

Service Interruptions: We strive for consistent service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reminisce Family shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Reminisce Family name, logo, and service methods are our intellectual property.

Respect for Others: You represent that you have the right to use all content you submit and that your use does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.
