1. Service Overview

Reminisce Family provides professional family video creation services. We transform your submitted photos and videos into cinematic family movies through our package offerings.

2. Service Packages & Pricing

• Reminisce Starter: $97 - 1 professional video

• Reminisce Lite: $197 - 3 professional videos

• Reminisce Classic: $397 - 6 professional videos

• Reminisce Heritage: $697 - 10 professional videos

• Capsule Collections: $397 - 8 message videos

• Rush Delivery: Additional $25 (3-5 day delivery)

• Express Delivery: Additional $50 (24-48 hour delivery)

All packages are one-time purchases with current pricing.

3. Service Process

1. You upload your photos and videos to Google Drive

2. You share the Google Drive link with us

3. We download your content and create your professional family movies

4. We deliver your finished videos within 7 business days via secure Google Drive link

4. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 7 business days from content receipt

• Rush Delivery: 3-5 business days (additional $25)

• Express Delivery: 24-48 hours (additional $50)

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment: Full payment required at time of order through our secure checkout.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase and before we begin downloading your content. Contact support@reminiscefamily.com for cancellation requests.

No Refunds: Due to the custom, personalized nature of our video creation service, all sales are final once we begin work on your project.

6. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and content you submit.

Your Videos: You own the finished videos we create. We do not retain copies after delivery.

Marketing Permission: We may request permission to use portions of your videos for testimonials or marketing. We will never use your content without your explicit written consent.

Your Responsibilities: You confirm you have the right to use all submitted content and that it doesn't violate others' rights.

7. Service Limitations

• One revision included per package

• Rush/Express delivery subject to availability

• Content must be accessible via Google Drive

• Family-appropriate content only

8. Privacy & Security

Your content is handled confidentially and deleted from our systems after project completion. We do not share your content with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Reminisce Family name, logo, and service methods are our intellectual property.

Respect for Others: You represent that you have the right to use all content you submit and that your use does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
